I would appreciate at least 48 hours notice  if you need to cancel your appointment. 

Should i arrive and you cancel at the time of your appointment without prior notification, unfortunately the full cost of the treatment will incur.

I will aim to send you a reminder about your treatment approximately 2 days before.
